9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is and as-availableas is”. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the UAE.
